We work the night so Long Island can work the morning

Dix Hills Snow Plowing runs residential and commercial routes across Nassau and Suffolk County. Most of our work happens between midnight and sunrise, because that's when it has to: a driveway is only cleared in time if it's cleared before the homeowner leaves for work, and a lot is only cleared in time if it's done before the doors open.

That means homeowners, storefronts and shopping centers, HOA and condo communities, medical offices, and loading docks that can't afford a missed delivery window. We plan routes around when each property actually needs to be usable, not around what's convenient for the truck.

Plowing, shoveling, salting, ice melt and roof clearing are handled as one job by one company. There's no separate shoveling crew to chase, no second call for salt, and no gap between the plow finishing and the walkway getting treated. Everything we clear gets treated before we leave.

Work is done under a signed seasonal contract covering every storm from December 1 through March 31. A signed agreement is required for every property before service begins.
