Everything below is handled by the same crews on the same route — plowing, hand work, treatment and roofs. Residential, commercial and HOA.
01
Driveway Plowing
Residential
Single, double and long private driveways cleared curb to garage door, with snow stacked where it won't block cars, mailboxes or the road apron. We plow on the first inch and return through longer storms so a driveway never has to be dug out from scratch.

02
Parking Lot Plowing
Commercial
Retail, office, medical and industrial lots plowed on an overnight schedule so surfaces and striped stalls are usable before your first car arrives. Snow is stockpiled clear of fire lanes, drainage and handicapped access, and hauled off site when there's nowhere left to put it.

03
Walkway & Sidewalk Shoveling
ResidentialCommercial
Front walks, steps, stoops, side entrances, storefront sidewalks and bus stops cleared by hand and by power shovel where a blade can't reach. This is the part of a property people actually touch, so it gets cleared down to the surface, not just skimmed.

04
Salting & Sanding
ResidentialCommercial
Rock salt and sand applied to plowed driveways, lots and walkways to break the bond of packed snow and hold traction through overnight refreeze. Application rates are matched to pavement temperature so you're not paying for salt that won't work.

05
Ice Melt Application
ResidentialCommercial
Calcium and magnesium blends for steps, entrances, ramps and shaded stretches that stay frozen after everything else has drained. Safer on concrete, pavers and landscaping than straight rock salt, and effective at lower temperatures.

06
Roof Snow Clearing
Commercial
Flat and low-slope commercial roofs cleared of heavy or drifted accumulation before snow load becomes a structural and insurance problem. Work is done with roof rakes and non-metal tools, with drains and edges opened so meltwater has somewhere to go.

07
Commercial & HOA Snow Removal
Commercial
Condo and HOA communities, apartment complexes, shopping centers and industrial parks handled as one program: interior roads, resident driveways, common walkways, mail kiosks, dumpster pads and loading docks. One agreement, one contact, documented service times.
